Do-Win weightlifting shoes have for a long time now been popular among olympic weightlifters and powerlifters. There are many good resasons for this. Manufacturers of weightliftingshoes often focus on having a cheaper material in the heel that become compressed by heavy weights. This is not ideal because part of the power generated is lost through compression of the sole. As a result of this the results in for example squat can be affected negatively.
